2 teaspoons Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt

Method
- Prepare an ice bath: large bowl filled with ice and cold water; set aside
- In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 3 minutes; strain in a colander. Immediately transfer to the ice bath. After 3 minutes, drain and transfer the green beans into a large bowl
- Sprinkle the truffle salt onto the green beans, and toss to coat
