Fresh Black Winter Australian Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) are available from June to August. These are the same exact species as Black Winter Truffles from Perigord, France. Aroma: strong, cocoa, licorice, hazelnuts, & mint. Flavor: strong, cocoa, earthy notes. We offer a range of sizes. Great for shaving onto pastas, risottos, tartar, steaks, and burgers.
