Roasted Oysters with Smokey Truffle Butter

Ingredients
Sabatino Truffle Butter (or regular unsalted butter), room temperature
Sabatino Truffle & Smoked Sea Salt
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Chives, finely chopped
Fresh Burgundy Truffle
Method
- 1. Preheat grill to high heat.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, Truffle & Smoked Sea Salt, and Parmesan until smooth.
- 3. Spoon a small dollop of the butter mixture onto each oyster.
- 4. Place the oysters directly on the hot grill and roast until the butter is melted and just bubbling.
- 5. Remove carefully, garnish with fresh burgundy truffle, fresh chives, and serve immediately.
